Personally, I think I'd find it charming, and I *hope* my wife would agree. I can't be sure, though. I think it comes down to expectations. If folks can tell up front that there's a natural place to swim within walking distance but no pool, they'll probably be less likely to feel disappointed. That sounds like a great idea.
